During the Visit

We like to start with a little chat about the type of kitchen you want. Will it be a simple replacement of a current setup or a total remodel?

Once we have an idea of what you want to achieve, we’ll measure up and discuss potential layouts.

To get the most out of your visit it’s best if we know your budget.

If you can give us an idea of how much you want to spend, we can show you the best products available to you without spending more than you’d like.

Our designer will talk to you about the various kitchen styles, finishes, colours and brands, as well as the appliances you’d like to include in the setup.

They will also discuss the work required to complete your kitchen such as electrical, gas, plastering and tiling etc.

The visit will usually take around 30 minutes, although we will spend as much time as is needed to ensure we understand exactly what you want from your new fitted kitchen.

After the Visit

 Once the designer has all the information they need, they’ll create a 3D drawing of what your new kitchen could look like.

This is usually completed within 48 hours, although this may vary depending on the size of the job.

Once the drawing is complete, with all the requested units, worktops and cabinets shown together, we’ll invite you in to take a look and make any tweaks you might want to make.

Once you’re happy, we’ll price it up and send you over a quote.

If you’re happy with our quote, we’ll take a 25% deposit and arrange the best time for fitting.
